Except of regular TLD walks on NA region (3am - 4am CET every Friday) there are nearly no non ladder walks.
There is quite a lot of walks on ladder (mostly NA (usually planned) and asia (if they are planned, I do not know by who, I usually catch them by random))

Aa @frakira already said, on NL there are very few walks currently. NA (except the Walks on Friday) and EU are "dead". In ASIA there are in my estimation 1-3 Walks in a week.
