Upcoming Dclone Planned Walks timestamp automatic conversion

Steps to reproduce: When browsing Upcoming Walks or SCNL Log section of the Dclone tracker page, there's a bug with the automatic date/time Conversion versus tooltip. The displayed converted date/time is formatted MMM/DD/YYYY HH:mm , but the tooltip says the format should be DD/MMM/YYYY HH:mm.
Anything else to add: I know this is a minor thing that doesn't impact the site/forum's performance, not trying to be too nit-picky here, it's just something that's clearly not working as designed. Adding screenshot for reference.
