That’s the only way lightning becomes viable in pvp, but would make it suck for pvm due to the amount of points you’d have to take away from syrnergies to put in

I think

Fireball and blizzard still beat it in PVP.

With the

Nova and t storm buffs coming, it may be more viable to use that build for PVP. I've tried that as well...but T storm is sooo weak at the moment. I'm not sure the buffs will beat
