I found a SUPERIOR Unraveller Head (text all in gray). The stats text is in White. The mods text is in blue. the mods are: + 2-7 poison, +1 Bone Wall, +1 Skel Mastery, +1 AD, Enhanced Def and Increase Durability. 2 sockets.
Will this take a runeword? I don't want to waste my only Lum rune on it.

Yes, and your item will keep the mods after the runeword is applied.
Thank you for the quick reply. I was afraid that the rune word wouldn't work at all. That's a lotta mods!
