Kaa is found in one of the false tombs at the very end of Act Two. He's never in the true tomb, but is instead always in the one large false tomb. (The other 5 false tombs are much smaller.)

This superunique monster can spawn with vicious combination of effects in hell, potentially lethal for your charater. Approach this target with extra caution, especially if you having trouble clearing tombs already.
