For LLD, usually you want 2 tree skills, mana can get up to 90(?), life up to 60(?).
Cold res 7 could have been 15(?) all res.
And you are missing 10fcr (not absolutely mandatory but important).
So even with 2 tree skills, it would have only been ~2-2.5/5 for the adds. I think ~3.5/5 is the barrier for PvP.
Because of 1 all skills, I'd say only self use.
