LLD attack builds - what weapons do they use?

What weapons do people use on LLD (attack builds)?

I drop a normal

Lance and stopped a little thinking if if could be used on LLD
(of course if it was superior ethereal and have the correct number of sockets....)

Are any unique/set/runeword/gemmed used?

or do people prefer godly rares?
(maybe something like: 30 ias 165% ed 20 max 100 ar repl 2 os eth)

About runewords, seems like the best ones would be Honor and Insight, but they are probably worse then a godly rare (even consider deadly strike/

That really depends on a lot of factors. But most of the time its a blue item with 2os and charges (e.g.

Sacrifice), and/or automods or a superior base item with as many open sockets as possible for that item's ilvl. Rare items that are an upgrade of the blue variant is obviously more desirable but MUCH harder to come by.

But sometimes the weapon of choice is

Crushflange or other times its

Bloodthief.
If you're fighting in the lvl 30 bracket sometimes its a runeword like Honor.

To sum it up, and like every other D2 answer - it depends. It depends on the lld bracket, the build, and the opponent.

From my time at little wars bout 20 years ago i remember, that the best wpn for asn in lvl 9 pvp was

Blade Talons. Either sup +15ed/3ar with 3* 20%ed/9 max jwls or, rarer but superior, imbued ethereal ones with self-repair and gosu stats. For other Classes

Military Pick was often used in the same manner because of 6os and -10 speed, surpassing

War Axe. Never seen much usage of uniques or set at all, besides the obvious

Pelta Lunata and the inevitable Death's Disguise

Belt/gloves combo for cannot be frozen

It is possible on paper but in reality it is super hard find one that beat Honor since to get 150ed 100ar 2os auto-repair you need already 4/6 affixes.
The next affixes is usually ias but good luck finding 5/6 useful affixes on ethereal items.
Even without 2os you should be really really lucky because such items are at around 100
