i was wondering if anyone on PS has a spare Standard of Heroes that could drop for me to pick it up for the trophy tied to it. i can drop it afterwards, i just need it for the trophy.

I do not think anyone has actually picked those up in decades except by accident ...
Paladin Smite build can get it done on the cheap solo. It is easier to farm with Sorceress or character that has Teleport to collect the Key sets from The Countess, The Summoner, and Nihlathak in Hell though!
Trust me, it will feel like an EPIC achievement unlocked the first time you open all 4 red portals in Hell Act 5 within the same game solo then leave with a Hellfire Torch and Standard of Heroes after!

Do not open all the key portals at once. Do it in the same game (to avoid getting duplicate organs), but open next portal only after you've cleared the previous one. The game may crash or you may lose the connection at any time (or, since it's your first time, you may be too weak to complete the run), so it's safer to keep only one uncleared portal at a time, to minimize eventual losses.
1000% agree! I should have been clear that opening them in the same game is to ensure you do not waste keys and then elaborated on how and why!
