I found this Diadem in Hell with my high level (can't remember at what level I found it) warlock. I'd like to imbue it with Charsi so I can reroll the crap out of it so I have a few questions...
1) If I launch a new character on an "Imbue" quest, can I imbue the item in normal level or do I need to wait and play to Hell level before imbuing?
2) will the sockets stay intact every roll?

You can only imbue White items with Charsi. Socketed, Magic or Rare items do not work.
