Yeah, it’s 8 frames. Any damage done to a monster stops both poison tick and health regen for 8 frames. Online that is. Offline it’s 1 frame. This has a lot of implications - like PMH/OW being completely unnecessary to stop monster regen as long as you deal damage at a rate of 8 fpa or faster, making poison builds near worthless in group play with lots of AoE effects going on. Offline it’s just 1 frame.
