As far as I know, named public lobbies don't exist on console (whether on Switch, PS or Xbox). You can only quick-create games or join friends' games via the console's friend list. But seeing as I rarely play D2R on anything other than PC, I may be wrong here. Uh, 150 million people have bought a Switch, it's the most popular console today. We have several members on this forum who only play on Switch, and several who have the game on both Switch and other platforms. Yes, people play D2R on Switch.
