Fixed Skill Trees: invalid +skills base items

Steps to reproduce: Open Assassin skill trees. Look at the list of items with + Assassin Skills or + Assassin Tree Skills. Notice that it contains normal

Katar and

Wrist Blade, two lowest claws (Hand to Hand), which are not Hand to Hand 2, i.e. do not spawn with Assassin staffmods.

Overall, for all classes only normal (tier) normal (white) items are shown; exceptional and elite ones are missing. And because of the h2h2 Assassin items, they have to be listed explicitly, not as something like "X (including exceptional and elite variants)".

The above is what I've got in the base items database for the itemtype Katars.
The iasslevels value I believe represents which ones can spawn with staffmods. Can you confirm this is correct?
If this is correct, then I will edit the query on the Assassin skill tree page in order to show only those ones explicitly.

I initially wanted to just show the Normal base variants in this section to avoid crowding - but it's clear that at least for assassin, this will have to be its own query.

So your list and assumption for iasslevels seems to be correct.

I checked it directly in data files. Maxroll is a valuable source, but not an original one and may contain errors.

In itemtypes.txt there is an item type h2h (Hand to Hand), with empty column StaffMods (i.e. no staffmods).
There is also h2h2 (Hand to Hand 2) item type, with h2h as a supertype (Equiv1 column) and ass StaffMods (i.e. Assassin staffmods).

Now, look at weapons.txt.
Weapons from

Katar to

Fascia have item type (type col) h2h, whereas Hand Scyther and higher have item type h2h2. In other words, only the latter spawn with Assassin staffmods.
