I havent played much in the past few months. Does anyone know if we can use Cure helmets in non ladder? I have a few helms but dont want to risk it. Thanks.

Unfortunately, Patch 2.6 runewords can only be made on ladder.

Nope. Only ladder and offline. And you can count that it will probably stay like that, like probability that they don't update anything anymore is above 90%.

To get Cure on non ladder either trade to 1 / get 1 free or make a ladder char and make a Cure on ladder and wait for ladder end then you have a Cure on non ladder.
