Why is it in any of the acts there are no small sorceress wands sold by the vendors? they are not easy to find and are not usually what i need even though i am willing to pay a high

Scepter, or necro heads. I'm going to go out on a limb and assume when they made Diablo they assumed staffs would be the main use for a sorc. That or their idea behind vendors was meant to be a short term solution to a long term problem. I wish I could shop
