Anything else to add: Not sure if this is the right place for this. I was looking at the
Circlet
and noticed that it says, "Adds 25-35 Fire Damage". In the description it says, +25-35 Fire Damage like there is a fixed value between 25 and 35 generated when it drops.

Maybe I misunderstand the convention.

I think it's a matter of auto-detection of the values.

Everything that has a variable value (format X-Y) in the stats of an object is seen as being variable.

For most things doing damage incl. , it's actually "normally variable", i.e. it's not a roll on the object but on the use of it.

Normal issue, I'd say.
