Browser tooltip overlapping with trade description

Steps to reproduce:
Go to an item in the database. Use the mouse cursor to hover an active trade under the "On the trade market" section. The browser tooltip overlaps the trade description in a way that makes it impossible to read the trade description without clicking the trade to navigate to it.
Anything else to add:
I'm an idiot. I just realized that this only happens when you hover the timestamp. If I move my mouse cursor to the left to the WTS icon it isn't a problem. But I still think it makes sense remove the trade tooltip from the timestamp to make it more idiot proof.

Fixed in 1.41. The date doesn't get parsed and then overlap anymore. You should see the trade desc tooltip clearly now.
