Fixed Availables Runewords for spears not up-to-date with 2.4

Device: PC
Browser: Firefox v100
OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce:
Visit any: base/#filter=Spears
See that -for spears with enough sockets- Infinity, Pride & Obedience Runewords are not mentionned as possible Runewords.

Anything else to add:
Since 2.4, spears (Amazon spears included) can be use to make Infinity, Pride & Obedience Runewords: https://news.blizzard.com/en-us/diablo2 ... -live#rune
However, as mentioned by @ VelhoDoido comment (that I approved and expanded) on the

Mancatcher entry, the possible Runewords section didn't mention those.
After some digging, it seems none of those sections where updated for 2.4.

Side note:
Bows and Crossbows seem too correctly mention Insight as a possible Runeword.
