Zealer on a budget and can't afford a Grief?

Look no further than Death. Usually socketed in 5os ethereal weapon bases for their added damage, Death provides the Indestructibility modifier, along with 50% chance of Crushing Blow.

Slower than Grief in a
Phase Blade, but much cheaper at just a
Vex +
Gul, and when taken into a build can open up other slot options.

Zealers in particular with Fanatacism can offset some of the slower weapon animations, and supplement with other gear, making this the preferred choice of weapon on a Zealer build for influencer Dbrunksi125.

It's a very powerful runewords for melee characters with lots of physical damage.

Depending of the rest of your equipment, a Fury Druid can deal more DPS with Death than with Breath of the Dying.

This incredibly damaging weapon excels in almost every capacity, with its only glaring deficiency being a lack of Increased Attack Speed. This is typically circumvented by pairing Death with skills that ignore attack speed entirely, such as
Charge and
Blade Fury, or mitigated using skills that increase attack speed, such as
Fanaticism or
Werewolf.

One of best benefit-cost weapon for meleers char. 50% of crushing blow and 1% of deadly strike for each 2 character levels leads to an extemely high damage. And the indestructibility modifier permits doing Death in ethereal bases. (
Berserker Axe or
War Spike). Ethereal bases provides 50% more damage comparing with non-ethereal bases.
