I use this along with Berserker's Arsenal set, and it gives a every strong start all the way through normal.
I also use 2x

Cathan's Sigil and Seal.

The sets compliments each other.

As Khegan mentioned above, the

Belt+Glove combo (till you get to higher levels) is so incredibly good, best in class for melee maybe even through nightmare too. Even better than the 2-item Sigon glove/

Belt combo because you get the +15 all resists, 8% leech, and same massive +30% attack speed bonus.

And lastly, this part gets overlooked by a lot of people, but the massive 75% poison length reduce and +50% poison resist is huge, it's actually VERY rare to find the full 75% length resist on an item. Most cases you'll find 25% or 50%, items like Gladiator's Bane, there's only a couple items in the game that provide that all in one, mind you if you get Cure on merc that helps too.
