Affix-wise similar to Peasant Crown.
While excellent for the level, apart from Sigon's and perhaps an Eye of Etlich there aren't many plus to all skills available at level 27, it is especially useful for Druids and Barbs.
Just like necro shrunken heads make an ideal base for Rhyme, Druid's Animal Helms (Wolf, Antlers, etc) and Barb Helms (jawbone, fanged, etc) make ideal bases for Lore.

Excelent leveling Helm for any caster build, until find a Shako or a Peasant Crown. And is very easy to make the 2 socket Helm is possible to buy at normal Charsi and the runes is gettable in nightmare countess. Unless find something better, a caster will use Lore until hell Baal.
