Description

Harmony can be created by farming Nightmare & Hell Countess. The Ko Rune is somewhat rare but should be no trouble to obtain.

Hybrid builds that don't place points into Valkyrie benefit greatly from this runeword, since it makes the Valkyrie available anyway.

The Vigor Aura helps to farm more efficiently, and it's possible to be even faster than a teleporting Sorceress when combined with the right items. Giving Harmony to a Rogue mercenary is also a viable option.

Harmony is sometimes used by summoners (druids, necromancers; on a Rogue hireling) to make the minions faster, until obtaining a better weapon, such as Beast or Pride.

Harmony, therefore, makes a good option for the mid-game until switching to better weapons, such as Windforce, upgraded Witchwild String or Faith.

Level 10 Vigor Aura gives 36% faster run/walk, which translates into 2,16 yards per second with run/walk and 3,24 yards per second with Charge.

Harmony is another contender for being one of the best cheap and effective missile weapon RWs. First thing that should be noted, the +skill to Valkyrie applies to ANY character, not just the Amazon. There is no skill points necessary to put into Valkyrie to use it when holding this bow/xbow. While equipped with this bow RW, you can summon the Valk, but if you switch weapons from Harmony or unequip this RW, the Valk will disappear. The only stats which vary on this RW is the +skill to Valk and the ED%. Another thing to note is that this weapon boosts a respectable amount of elemental damage of all the elements of cold, fire, and lightning, similar to the Hellrack. One possible use of this is to have it be a swap weapon for bowzons that wish to deal with pesky phys immune monsters such as Wraiths in Hell. If made in a fast attack speed bow, the bowzon can spam enough Arrows with elemental dmg to whittle away at phys immunes to at least kill them if necessary or desired. The Vigor aura is ofc the main point of interest with this RW, and it is a great speed boost weapon as well.

This weapon's Fire Damage will be added to the explosions caused by Exploding Arrow and Immolation Arrow, while the Cold Damage will be added to explosions from Freezing Arrow.

How good is the 36% FRW from the Level 10 Vigor Aura?

Since it's skill-based FRW, it's placed in a separate bucket from gear-based FRW and doesn't suffer from the diminishing returns, unlike gear-based FRW.

Level 10 Vigor Aura will always give you 6 yard/s * 36% = 2.16 yards/s of movement speed. Note the 36% is applied to the base walk speed, not base run speed.

That gain is equivalent to going from 0% to 47% FRW using gear, or further stacking gear-based FRW from 47% to 138% (!).

In a proper base with sufficient damage and +skills, this is actually sufficient for a frostmaiden to clear Hell and Terror Zones. Revived monsters help a lot in dealing with cold immunes, with the caveat that you need to kill anything you want revived without cold skills, or preferably let your Act II mercenary and Valkyrie do it (otherwise, the lack of corpses will make things difficult). Said Act II merc and the item's own Vigor aura will pump up meat shields like Blunderbore or Megademon enough that clearing terrorized Chaos Sanctuary becomes more like party crashing (except you bear the financial costs when repairing/recharging).

As detailed in the comments to the Revive skill, you cannot raise champions and uniques. Which makes you appreciate how broken the Warlock's ability to bind anything really is.
