This one is about as straight-forward as a quest can be; you just move down through the three levels of the Worldstone Keep Level 1, (there is a waypoint on Worldstone Keep Level 2) then through the Throne of Destruction level to a final room where you see Baal, but can't attack him yet.
Baal summons five waves of different enemies, each wave consisting of a 'signature' monster representing the monster's Act.
Once the waves are done, go through the portal which leads you to Worldstone Chamber.
Baal can spawn in duplicates of himself.
Try to keep track of the real Baal and do not waste your time attacking the "fake" Baal.
Static Field works very nicely on Baal to bring him down. Baal has many special abilities - just focus on heading directly for him and beat him up!
