One would be where you use a weapon without fcr (such as a 6 facetted or 6 Ist'ed Crystal Sword) and you get the remaining 95 fcr from mages, arach, Spirit, and a 2/20 amu.
Since 20 fcr amus are even more expensive than 2/20 Circs, it's hard to find that exception.
