Can be used to make Runewords:
A 4.5- to 5-point ring, depending on how the buyer values the +dex affix. You shouldn't accept less than Vex. Ohm would be reasonable; not sure you'll get as high as Lo.
If the dex had rolled a few points higher, or the poison res had hit at least 15%, list price would be Lo and expect Lo+, but maybe not as high as Ber.
