Battle Orders it's a good helmet for pre-buffing. Since +5 bo is the maximum for level 30, I suspect that this has a high value for LLD players. Especially since Delirium req lvl 51 and Lore only grants +1 all skills, there's no cheap option to get +5 bo with lvl 30.
