None turquoise jewel of truth was sold on diablo2.io so far and as far as I know the turquoise prefix (20 mana) has no value. People are usually looking for a good prefix and a good suffix. If you look through the sold jewel of truth (pricecheck.php?item=jewel%20of%20truth%20&other=1) you often see 7% fhr with xx%ed or xx% all res. I might be wrong so just put a trade up and ask for offers but don't expect much.
