vs cold sorc u want 30frw/10fhr/life rep and cold res, this will not be used due to its low frw, sure it has 10fhr but 30frw 40 cold res magic that u can gamble or shop in 5-10min is better then this

For PvP vs cold sorcs and trapsins you would use

Blood Boots crafts for its high life rep with cold or light res not rare

Boots, rare can only spawn up to 5, in LLD at 30 (no casters in VLLD 18 and 9 exept Bone nec at 18) you only use an entire inventory of scs so u will just stack cold res in inventory rather then
