Not everyones gear is the same, you're typically looking for resistances, magic find and strength as affixes on all skill/fcr circlets.

Hey i 100% agree with you man, but @Morphin was actually the one updating his own sheet and i was copying over his observations to this one. I don't have the time to go through them right now so we'll need someone else to step up if we want real time values without using the price check tool.

Vex and up are High and some say

Gul and up but imo

Firstly I would like to I appreciate how thorough this list is, and the time spent by OP and other authors included. A very helpful resource!

However, after reading through the prices anyone can see they are not reflective of the economy.

It's basically showing what scalpers want to pay, but is presented in a way to show other players what to sell their items for.

The reality then becomes, some people, in good Faith, come to this guide to see what their items are worth and are somewhat misled.

I'm not saying it's intentional - absolutely not - it's kinda like politicians, they mean well but just can't get the job done.

I don't think they are bad people for that, there's no malintent. They're just people, making honest mistakes.

There's L/NL, HC/SC, PC/PSN/XBOX, LLD, PvP, drop rates, supply and demand, game updates, community content, individual choices, time and more which can influence pricing.

I'm just saying, is there a better way to inform players of pricing that is more responsible given what we know.

A static list like this becomes stagnant relatively quickly and is hard to maintain and keep up-to-date as the game progresses through cycles.

Perhaps it would be more accessible and reflective if different pricing guides are used for different modes such as Ladder/Non-Ladder, HC/SC, Platforms, etc.

I don't mean any disrespect and apologize for my wording, if anything, I would be interested in helping such a project if I could - either way, I hope this feedback is considered for future price guides or changes.

The guide begins with an info that it hasn't been updated for months and you should use price-check/ for latest prices.

The very fact it hasn't been updated in months but is still the second most liked topic on the home page means people are still going to come here and use this because it's easier than using the tool.

If I made my comments before February 2022 they would still be valid.
