It looks like a lot of other Light GCs are going for around a
Vex rune but I wasn't sure if the modifier on it added any value. Please let me know what you think I could get for it!

This has only added value for a melee sorc (e.g. dual Dream zealer), but even then it's marginal and +life is much better.
I don't think anyone would pay more than for a plain skiller.
