Not sure how valuable your small charm is. There's only a worse one in the price history:
pricecheck.php?item=Shocking%20Small%20 ... ck&other=1
For shocking I mostly see charms with life in the price history:
pricecheck.php?item=Shocking%20Small%20Charm&other=1
MF is only bad if you plan to farm solely white/grey items as runeword bases with your char. Plain small charms of good luck are traded for ~ Pul.
