I might be missing something but I would Charsie this.
If you want resist and skills (e.g. for caster or hybrid), Mara's is better. The dual leech is nice but the life leech is low and you can easily leech from other items.
For melee chars Highlord's and Cat's eye are better despite providing less skills/resis. Or even Atma's but it provides something completely different, so you can't compare them easily.
