i think you can get way better rings for

Jah+ . not good synergy between those rolls.
if u wanted this for a caster, you have fcr, low str, low all res and good mana. basically mana and fcr. not good. that mana roll is so tricky on this ring lol.
if you wanted this for a fighter, you have a good MIN DMG roll which doesnt have a good high AR base or dual or ML/LL. not that good. maybe a javzon or bowzon could use it as a temp ring.
be careful with the score system, its just a number on the ring; after that you have to see if the ring makes sense and price it based on all that. its an ok temp ladder ring.

So a kind of a niche but still wanted.
For BvC, it's a 2.5 points, so you should consider this between 4 points and 2.5.
