Interesting rare Dimensional Blade I found. I am reading that you can upgrade this - Should I? When you upgrade a rare, what happens? Does it keep its old stats? Can it become ethereal?

Can be used to make Runewords:

For the sword itself I would say no value because no ias, not enough %ed, no max dmg and ar based on char lvl, no sockets and not ethereal.
