After trying to figure this out, I concluded: MLD wants ed and/or IAS and damage on top, at least for weapon jewels.
Rolls should be 18 min and 9 max damage.
I'm still unsure if it holds value in helmet/armor/shield socket though.
Will cube it if nobody stops me.
