Since a shape shifter does not need fcr, Maras is better for him than this.
But usually, they use Highlord's, Cat's Eye, Atma's, or even Angelic jewelry. They all provide more valuable attributes.
D2R is nothing but a highly complex paper doll dress up simulator.
