Pricecheck on my rare 2/20 pala Circlet and Triress Boots

Hi Folks,

out of all Circlets i wanted to ask for a pricecheck on this one (see pic). Looks okay to me, just a bit low ress and the last stat is bad. Is this still valuable in

Ber or some high rune these days? I have no idea on rare values at all.
