Im kind of intrigued by this aswell. Ive not gotten whole set of statues, just three of which two are same. Better to know ahead approximately how much such would be.
I think statue for Duriel is going to be more expensive that the other ones.
In base on how easy you can farm each boss, balancing this in order will be (more expensive on top):
1) Korlic's Pain ( Duriel)
5% of Andariel's statues will be Korlic's Pain
90% of Duriel's statues will be Korlic's Pain
5% of Mephisto's statues will be Korlic's Pain
2) Worusk's End ( Baal)
5% of Diablo's statues will be Worusk's End
90% of Baal's statues will be Worusk's End
3) Bul-Kathos' Nightmare (Diablo)
5% of Mephisto's statues will be Bul-Kathos' Nightmare
90% of Diablo's statues will be Bul-Kathos' Nightmare
5% of Baal's statues will be Bul-Kathos' Nightmare
4) Talic's Anguish ( Andariel)

The individual statues are (at least for now) fairly easy and quick to trade, in-game and out.
As such, odds are, a full set will simply be roughly the combination of the individual statue cost as there is no significant convenience factor to account for, so long as they're that easy to trade for both sides.
