One way people do is to trade in steps using super expensive items in the middle steps...
(Like small charms with 5@ 20 life or with 3 max 20 ar 20 life)
Something like
T1: your item x 3 super expensive items
T2: super expensive item 1 x some Jah
T3: super expensive item 2 x some Jah
T4: super expensive item 3 x some Jah

Not kidding, simple maths: Last Wish costs ~4.5 Jah to make, not considering your 15ed base. You have a 1/11 * 8/44 chance to roll that high, or ~1.7%.
If you look at any item, approx 90% (depending on the number of randomness on those) of the resell-value goes to the perfect rolls. Yours is definately in this perfect roll category. By those numbers, my estimate is conservative. And my reason for this is that not many people have that much Wealth accumulated but I might be wrong.
How to trade that stuff?
Once the value passes 40 Jah, people use 20/5 (20 life, 5 all res) and 3/20/20 (3 max dam, 20 AR, 20 life) small charms as currency. The rate changes a bit over time but currently 3/20/20 is ~3.5*20/5 (or ~120 Jah) and 20/5 is ~30-35 Jah.

32020 is at ~100 Jah atm =)
