For LLD, not sure, there is better. It can inserted in Andariel's Visage for the 30 res, but only a bit of AR and Dex is not exactly great, even if better than nothing. So not for a merc but a melee char for which extra dex could be useful (would label it as Pally).
Would say 3-5 Perfect Gems, but I don't see this going up.
