Matriarchal Javelin of Quickness (+3 Jav Skills/40 IAS)" but my item does not have "Lancer" in the name.

Is this the same item that is referenced in the guide?

so basicly your item is missing the Lancer prefix.

Javelin of quickness were sold on diablo2.io so far and both for a lot less than in the pricing guide mentioned. I have my doubts you can find a buyer willing to pay much for it:
