Probably a high rune, but not sure which one.
2 all necro skills would be better, 30 frw also, and 2 os also, 2/20/20 stays excellent and 18 all res also...
so would say lower than a Ber, but higher than Ist/ Gul. So somewhere in Vex- Lo range would say.
