Charsifood says I should definitely keep this thing. But I can't really put a price on it. Could you help me with that, please?

The only maximum roll is attack rating, I think? But strength is close to max for the required level. Rare jewels can be tough to guess at the affixes. I think the min damage might also be close to max, but the max damage could have been a little higher.

Not too many LLD traders on d2.io unfortunately. You might check prices on another site, like d2jsp, or even the bnet forums. I think it might be worth something. But the 30 bracket might value different affixes.
