need another WS! I was stunned by the damage of these Greater Talons, but I'm not sure, if that is enough. Upped they would be Runic Talons with 127-232 damage.

It has really nice %ed but unfortunately it's not ethereal and lacks other good mods like 2 open sockets or fools mod. IMHO ethereal Fleshripper or Death are better options for a bladesin.
Other assassin builds don't need such katars. Riftsin uses Rift, Mosaic sin Mosaic, kicksin uses also Mosaic or Stormlash or something else with crushing blow and trapsin needs +skills in a fast base.
