Can be used to make Runewords:
AFAIK for Mosaic most prefer Phoenix Strike and Claws of Thunder for dmg and then something from Weapon Block, Mind Blast or Fade as an additional skills.
Your Claws are imho better for a Lightning Sentry assassin because with Plague you can get +5 Lightning Sentry. But I'm not sure about the value. I wouldn't expect much since only Lightning Sentry is useful here and Feral Claws are slower than Runic Talons or Greater Talons.
