Ethreal Akaran Targe with Damage and AR

Made a search for this, but couldn't find anything recent that quite matched. Is this worth anything?

While most prefer all res there are some ppl looking for dmg on a

Targe. However this is only an exceptional base and the dmg / ar roll is too low (65% dmg and 121 ar are max). Because of that it is not really useful for pvm.
With lvl 30 req it maybe has a use for lld. I'm no pvp player but my guess would be that it's not good enough for that either. Pvp ppl are usually looking for really good to perfect rolls. For comparison see: price-check/superior-akaran-targe-t1531406.html
