Can be used to make Runewords:
Self use only really, no trade value
Some Trade is available for both rotw and LoD, Most rune , Perfect Gems is only in LoD side.

Teleport is better than Blade Warp. Bigger range, no line of sight, goes through and past everything, so it is a better mobility skill imo.
But, even with the 2 Chaos skills, lock has better Helm options for the end game, so really, I don’t think many would trade all those extras for Teleport charges.
It is IMO a useful addition though. Think it might have some value to the right player… also the level is quite low 52, so might appeal more to players in the mid game?
