Hey was just wondering if there is any value to something like this, pretty decent amounts of Leech, but really nothing else notable.

i can't imagine it has any value.
I couldn't give this one away and it has AR and dual res..now i'm just using it lol. But I had it up for about a month with no takers

Dual leech doesn't command as much value as folks might think. Most high value rings are for pvp and leech doesn't work there. Plus, even in pve leech can be found in lots of other places šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

For my barb it's my only source of mana leech, so you really need at least 1 dual leech ring to make it work unless you use Breath of the Dying.

I'm using dual Grief so really need a dual leech ring.

As you said, dual leech and nothing more. You con throw it to charsis.

I agree with Knappogue, you can easily get leech from weapons, helms or gloves.
In example, barbs can it get from
Arreat's Face, Death,
String of Ears,
Dracul's Grasp, etc etc.
