Hmm, it surely misses IAS but tons of good stuff here apart from that. I would wait for another opinion

Seeing all 3 blood properties roll max and having 2x stats looks nice indeed. But it's all adds without substance. I agree with nado, without IAS they are still not good enough for trade value. 2 affixes are waste. That's not good.
