Can be used to make Runewords:
Not overpowered, but has +2 to traps skills and 15 all resistances on level 52. Does it hold value?

With 7+ fcr it would have some (but low) value since you can hit 102 fcr with it.

Traps laying speed is calculated with attack speed, not cast rate. Lvl 52 is not high enough to use Enigma.
