1- leech is a bit low, mana and life correct, minD is good, cold res is average and so is MF. A mixed bag of not useless stuff but not going very well together, perhaps for a Zon or Lock typically. I don't think you can get an Ist but try to, be ready to lower.
2- FCR + high STR is always good, CRes is good, AR bonus is useless for most casters but can typically help a barb. Around 1-2 Ist.
